KonvertStack (“we,” “us,” “our”) is an AI consultancy. This policy covers our website and the inquiries you send us through it. For questions about your data, contact us at hello@konvertstack.com.

Information you give us. When you submit our contact form or email us, we collect your name, company, email address, and anything you choose to write in your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics may record standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages visited. We use privacy-respecting analytics and do not build advertising profiles.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and our services are intended for businesses.

We use the information you provide only to:

• Respond to your inquiry and schedule a conversation.
• Provide and improve our services during an engagement.
• Send occasional, relevant updates — only if you opt in.
• Meet our legal, accounting, and security obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we never train third-party AI models on your data or your clients' data.

When we work with you, we default to your infrastructure and your chosen model providers. Before accessing any systems we sign a Master Services Agreement and, where personal data is involved, a Data Processing Agreement. We practice data minimization — we ask only for the access a project genuinely requires, and we remove it when the engagement ends.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate — such as our website host, email provider, and scheduling tools — under contracts that require them to protect it. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. We never share your details for anyone else's marketing.

We keep inquiry data only as long as needed to respond and maintain a business relationship, then delete or anonymize it. We protect information with encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data as carefully as we'd want ours treated.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us at hello@konvertstack.com and we'll respond within the timeframe the law requires.

We use only the cookies needed to run the site and to understand aggregate traffic. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings at any time.
